You agree to use Hugin Alerts only for lawful purposes. You must not:
During early access, accounts are limited to 120 requests per minute. We reserve the right to adjust these limits or suspend accounts that abuse the service.
You're responsible for maintaining the security of your ingest key. If you believe your key has been compromised, you can regenerate it in the app or contact us at hello@huginalerts.com.
We strive to keep Hugin Alerts available 24/7, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend the service temporarily for maintenance, updates, or emergency repairs.
You can delete your data at any time through the mobile app. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for users who violate these terms or engage in abusive behavior.
Hugin Alerts is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We're not liable for any damages resulting from service downtime, data loss, or missed notifications. This is especially important for early access: don't rely on Hugin Alerts as your only monitoring solution for critical systems.
We may update these terms as the service evolves. We'll notify significant changes through the mobile app. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
Hugin Alerts is currently free during early access. When we introduce paid plans, we'll provide advance notice and grandfather existing users into a generous free tier.
